Ariel is leading her first workshops.
Get a total body workout learning inversions and how to prepare for them. Each Workshop will explore different types of inversions such as headstand and forearm stand with emphasis on handstand. We will use the floor, the wall and partners to build strength and flexibility. Exercises will warm up and target the legs, core, shoulders and wrists to safely explore this full body practice.
January 20th and Feb 17th at 11:30am. 45 minutes. $20 each workshop.

4x6 - Four classes a week for 6 weeks
3x6 - Three classes a week for 6 weeks.
At the end, those that fulfill their commitment will earn a free month of yoga.
